The 2nd deposit of $1000 is due June 15th.

If you are signing up after June 15, 2008, we need to have both the 1st and 2nd deposits paid. Total due is $2000.
Payment in full = $3350

Final Payment = $1350
If you have made your 1st and 2nd deposits, the balance of $1350 is due by September 15th, 2008

The initial deposit is non refundable. If the trip is completely booked and your spot is sold, you will receive a full refund. Spots are not allowed to be “sold” by individuals to others. We understand that situations change, especially when booking far in advance, and we will work hard to sell your spot. If the trip is cancelled, all deposits are 100% refundable.

The initial deposit is non refundable in all cases unless SpearTrips.com sells your spot for you. -
Cancellations with 45 days or more notice (by September 14th, 2008) forfeit only the initial $1000 deposit.

Cancellations with less than 45 days notice, (September 15th, 2008 or later) forfeit the full $3350 unless SpearTrips.com can sell the spot for you
