The initial deposit is non refundable. If the trip is completely booked and your spot is sold, you will receive a full refund. Spots are not allowed to be “sold” by individuals to others. We understand that situations change, especially when booking far in advance, and we will work hard to sell your spot.
SpearTrips.com Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit is non refundable in all cases unless SpearTrips.com sells your spot for you. -
Cancellations with 45 days or more notice (by September 14th, 2008) forfeit only the initial $1000 deposit.

Cancellations with less than 45 days notice, (September 15th, 2008 or later) forfeit the full $3350 unless SpearTrips.com can sell the spot for you
SpearTrips.com recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your trip. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to provide coverage for expenses related to unexpected travel cancellations. For some Travel Insurance links please click HERE.
